I became a US citizen today – so I now officially have dual citizenship, which is something relatively few people get to have. We were not allowed to take cameras or cellphones into the court house so no pictures of the actual event – but we also had a celebration of sorts at Cafe Caturra and there we did take a picture – at the end of the night so we’re missing quite a few people – but I had to have a picture of this momentous day.

  1. We had a wonderful time. I want to thank all of our friends that came out and those that could not. It was a special day and your combined love and well-wishes made it more special.

To my dual-citizen wife: I’m proud of you. You have not lost a home country, but gained one instead. And, I know you have the heart and wisdom to honor the best of both. You are an incredible lady — very cute as well!

Once again, Café Caturra was the perfect backdrop for such a gathering of friends. Thanks, guys, for great food, great atmosphere, and a great evening! Oh, happy 24th to Brandon.
